We will set up our beautiful 2008, 40′, 5th wheel at the James Island County Park Campground. You and your family can have the whole ‘campground experience’ without the hassle of packing, hauling, setting up and taking down the camper.

The camper itself is a fantastic RV!

It features 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a slide. The second bedroom is HUGE. It is the largest second bedroom I have ever seen in an RV. It has 2 slides in the 2nd bedroom, which leaves the entire depth of the RV as floor space. There is plenty of room for the kids, grandkids and all of thier stuff! There is plenty of room, even on rainy days!

The main room features another large slide. The living area includes a sofa sleeper which features an air mattress instead of the standard sofa mattress. There is also a free standing dinette, an oversized fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, flatscreen TV, Surround sound with both inside and outside speakers, radio, cd player and dvd player.

The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster and utensils you will need. If there is something special you need in the kitchen, just ask…we’ll make sure it’s in there when you arrive!

We will even make sure all of the linens and towels are ready and waiting for you to use.

This is the best of both worlds! You get the pleasure of camping without all of the prep and clean up work!
