January thru March 23: $875/week, $175/night, $1990/month (3-night minimum for all rentals)

March 24 thru April: $1350/week, $250/night , $4200/month (3-night minimum)

May: $1450/week, $275/night, $4,000/month — 3 night minimum

June thru August: $1650/week, no partial week rentals. Discounts for more than one week rentals.

September: $950/week or $2900/month, $200/night
